Make a Weekend of It
Our wedding falls on the Friday before the August Long Weekend. We hope the timing gives everyone a little more breathing room, whether you are joining us for the wedding day or making a few Calgary days out of it.

Celebrating in a garden oasis in the city
We wanted a venue that felt alive, and the ENMAX Conservatory is exactly that. It's a beautiful, light-filled botanical spot tucked away on St. George's Island. We love that it gives us a nature-filled venue right in the middle of Calgary, making it super easy for everyone to get to.
It sits right next to where the zoo keeps their perfectly maintained gardens, so we'll be surrounded by lush greenery all evening. We have a great space set up for dinner, drinks, and dancing, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.
Getting to the ENMAX Conservatory
The ENMAX Conservatory sits just east of downtown, close to hotels, rideshare access, parking, the river pathway, and CTrain service. Transit is possible, but we recommend driving or taking Uber/Lyft for the easiest wedding-day arrival.
Use Calgary Zoo West Entrance as the drop-off spot for your rideshare. From there, it is the closest walk into the conservatory.

Already Know You Can’t Make It?
We are not asking for formal RSVPs yet. But if travel, timing, or life already makes the wedding impossible, an early note helps us plan thoughtfully while keeping the invitation list honest.

We have included early travel ideas and directions to help you start picturing the weekend. Formal invitations will follow with RSVP details, hotel notes, dress code, and final timing. Until then, the important part is simple: keep Friday, July 30, 2027 free.

We will keep refining hotel notes, airport guidance, transport options, and other practical details as plans become final.
No formal RSVP is needed yet. We will make that easy when invitations go out.
Where It All Began
Two kids growing up over 3,200 kilometers apart, Matt in Waterloo, Ontario and Kelsey in Calgary, Alberta. With completely separate lives, separate stories, and separate dreams, it is pretty amazing that we somehow found our way to each other. We are so excited to walk this path together to our wedding day and beyond.
